My login-data is not recognized
If during the process of restoring your password, you receive a message telling you that your email address is not registered, please try the following options:
- Make sure there are no spaces and that everything is spelled correctly.
- Try to enter your login data using another browser or even another device. We also recommend to delete the cache and cookies from your browser.
- Register again. Is it possible you have never registered with this email address?
- If none of the above work, please contact us.
For security reasons we will not be able to restore the password of your user account, if:
- The email address from which you contact us is not linked to the account.
- You do not know the associated email address and/or phone number.
- You do not have access to the associated email address and/or phone number. In this case you need to regain access to your email account with the help of your email provider.
